| Seemingly undersized at 5-9 and 170 pounds, Patton plays with an abundance of strength and balance that allows him to make plays normally reserved for bigger players. He can go over the middle on a post route, or take an end-around right through the middle of the field. He is an accomplished receiver as capable of catching the 3rd and 12 out route as he is a wide receiver screen. Patton's versatility gives coaches a lot of options. Scott Kennedy |

2009 Stats: 30 rushes for 371 yards and three touchdowns (12.37 avg) 86-yard long. Patton caught 71 passes for 89 1 yards and seven touchdowns (12.55 avg) 63-yard long.
The senior had five kick returns for 194 yards with an 88-yard long and a touchdown. He also converted two 2-point conversions.
2009 Awards: Alabama/Mississippi All-Star Game, Birmingham News Super Senior Pre-Season; Stars of Alabama Week 10
2008: Patton finished his junior season with 845 yards receiving for 12 touchdowns. He also had one kick returned for a score. He rushed for more than 200 yards and totaled more than 300 yards on special teams.
ASWA All-State 6A First Team WR. He reports a bench of 245-pounds, squat 395 and a 36-inch vertical. Patton also runs track (10.3 100m; 21.9 200m), but plans on sticking with football on the next level.
2007: Patton hauled in 66 receptions as a sophomore for 950 yards and nine touchdowns.
Patton plans to major in Physical Therapy.
Patton: “I have good speed and great hands. For such a small receiver I have great hands and can catch. I use my speed well, and I know how to make something happen after the catch.
“I still want to be more explosive. And make some better moves and stuff with the ball.”
