2007: Hayes led the Gulf Coast defensive line with 49 tackles and recorded five quarterback sacks.
Hayes helped lead the Bulldogs to the 2007 NJCAA National Title (Co-Champs with Butler County).
Gulf Coast ended the season with a 12-0 record after defeating 15th-ranked Kilgore (Texas) College 62-28 in the C.H.A.M.P.S. Heart of Texas Bowl.
The Bulldogs also won their first Mississippi Association of Community & Junior Colleges title since 1986 when they defeated Jones County (Miss.) Junior College 20-17. |
