| Lynn played safety, linebacker and cornerback in high school and because of that he is talented in many facets of the game. He blitzes well, is a solid tackler and at times can be an impact hitter. Lynn shows good closing speed and has a nose for the ball coming up from the secondary in run support. He also has the coverage skills to go one on one against receivers, however he’ll need to work on his technique and footwork a bit. |

Junior Stats: D'Anton Lynn missed 10 games last year due to torn ligaments in his ankle, but it didn't stop him from amassing some impressive numbers in a very short period of time.
In six games Lynn was 5-of-9 passing for 141 yards and a touchdown; averaged over eight yards a carry rushing the ball, totaling 337 yards; totaled 100 yards receiving on 11 grabs;totaled 57 tackles from the linebacker position, along with two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries; he benches 265 pounds, squats 420 and has a 35-inch vertical jump.
Lynn reports a 2.5 core GPA and a 1060 SAT (two parts).
Lynn: "I'm a very versatile player and play linebacker, cornerback and safety on defense and I also play wide receiver and running back on offense. I think that really helps me overall and will give me an advantage in college. I really know the game well and can read the offenses quickly.
"I want to improve my hands and work on breaking on the ball quicker."
