| 2006 (Junior): Finished the season with 21 tackles, one caused fumble and one quarterback hurry in 12 games and two or more tackles in six games.
Waldrop first started against Louisiana Monroe and was second on the team with six tackles. He also started at Arkansas and Florida. He recorded four tackles against Duke; Two tackles, one forced fumble and one quarterback hurry (Florida International; Two tackles (LSU). He saw action with 252 snaps with a season-high 57 against Arkansas. Waldrop had four games with over 30 snaps.
2005 (Sophomore): Waldrop saw action in every game, participating in 225 snaps. His season high came against Utah State when he played 39 snaps. He had his best game against Utah State when he recorded five tackles including a half sack for minus two yards. He was also credited with a pass breakup.
2004 (Freshman): Waldrop played in every game, earning a start against Kentucky and 261 snaps for the season. He recorded 22 tackles, including four behind the line for 20 yards and one sack for 13 yards. He also recorded one fumble recovery, one forced fumble, one pass break-up and and two quarterback pressures.
Waldrop recorded a career-high 10 tackles against South Carolina and a sack for 13 yards against Western Carolina.
Waldrop earned the Woodrow Lowe Most Improved Linebacker award following spring practice.
2003: Redshirted
High School: Waldrop was a four-year starter recording 157 tackles, 15 sacks and two interceptions during his senior campaign.
Waldrop recorded 142 tackles, nine sacks, 14 tackles behind the line and three interceptions during his junior season. He was named All-Metro and All-State for his performance.
Waldrop finished third in the 100-meters at the 6A state track meet.
