| Prothro has undergone three surgeries in recovery from a broken leg suffered on October 1, 2005. He will be a redshirt senior in 2007, but he could apply for a sixth year of eligibility and play his senior season in 2008 if he is eventually able to return to the field.
Prothro won ESPN's Game Changing performance of the year and an ESPY award for his acrobatic somersault reception againt Southern Miss in 2005. |
