| Kay has the tools to be a successful college quarterback. Has great size, possessing not only height but the build of a linebacker. Arm strength is very good and throws a pretty deep ball. Improvement will be key in finer points of the position. Reading the field quicker, making the easy plays and not forcing the action becaue of his arm strength. Could be more consistent with his accuracy as well, but he is pretty solid on the run. A tough kid. |
| Biography: |
| Will enter senior season as a three year starter at the quarterback position. As a junior he lead his team to an 11-1 record passing for 81-145 for 1,182 yards and 18 touchdowns.
Kay can also use his legs as he rushed for 340 yards.
With great size and athletic ability, Kay will be one of the Midwest hotter prospects for the Class of 2008 and should see his stats rise as his team becomes a shotgun/spread attack as compared to a wing-T style. |
