| Boatman does a nice job with his hands slapping away offensive linemen and using a variety of moves at the point of attack to penetrate into the backfield. He is a disruptive player who closes quickly in short range and does a nice job finishing his tackles/sacks. Boatman also played a bit of linebacker and looks natural dropping back into coverage which will be nice for zone blitz situations. He will need to work on playing with a lower base. |

| Boatman had a great season for Good Counsel as a senior, registering 60 tackles, five sacks, three forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries and scoring a defensive touchdown. |
