| Is a solid receiver as a tight end, and the strength of his game comes in his ability to catch passes. To become a more complete tight end, Deehan needs to work on his blocking ability and become more agressive when taking on a defender in the running game. |

Ryan Deehan had 61 receptions for 830 yards and five touchdowns to earn second team all-state underclass honors at Poway, Calif., in 2006 as a junior; he benches 295 pounds and squats 370.
Partial senior (8-0) stats: four touchdown receptions.
Deehan reports a 2.8 core GPA and a 1480 (three sections) SAT.
Deehan: "I think I have soft hands and catching is easy for me. I'm a fluid runner and it's hard for guys to tackle me, but I want to work on running through guys who go low. I need to improve my footwork and blocking too."
