| McGuffie is explosive, has uncanny balance and exceptional vision. He's a home run hitting back that has the ability to score from anywhere. McGuffie has very good speed, great acceleration and quickness and the ability to make people miss in the open field with a move or cut. He will also surprise you with his power and even hurdle a defender or two. McGuffie is fearless, hits the hole hard and just needs a crack to break a big one. |
| Biography: |
| The 5-foot-10.5, 175-pound McGuffie racked up one of the most impressive single season rushing totals in recent memory during his junior campaign. He rushed for over 3,200 yards and scored 44 touchdowns on the ground at Cy-Fair; AP All-State 5A RB as a junior.
McGuffie reports a 3.0 core GPA and is scheduled to take his first-time SAT on June 2.
McGuffie: "My playmaking is my biggest strength. I think of different things to do on the field. I guess you could say I have creativity on the field. I don't do what is expected. I'm sort of spontaneous when I run the ball.
"I want to work on my blocking. We don't block much now so I need to refresh myself for the next level."
