| At first glance, LeGrand looks like a defensive tackle until you see him run and pursue. He has a thick, muscular build. Tremendously athletic for his size , can even play tailback. Limited in coverage will likely play in the middle. Very solid tackler, rarely misses a tackle. Quick first step out of read and react. Sheds blocks as well as any you will see. |

| As a junior, he registered over 150 tackles and rushed for 807 yards and 8 touchdowns. For his efforts, he was named third-team All-State. |
