Jalston Fowler, Scout.com four-star fullback from Prichard-Vigor, Ala., missed the 2009 season due to an age requirement and will graduate in December. The Tide commitment took his official visit this weekend as he prepares to enroll in January.    Full Story

St. Stan will take on Forrest County tonight in the south state semi-finals. Leading the charge of the Red Elephants of Gainesville High School in Ga. is senior captain, Blake Sims. Sims, who plays mostly at the quarterback position for Coach Bruce Miller's team, stellar play has helped to keep Gainesville perfect in the regular season and into the second round of the state playoffs.    Full Story
