The folks at St. Stanislaus are still pinching themselves. This all has to be a dream. The Rock-a-Chaws are usually in basketball mode this time of year, but football fever is still running rampant. St. Stan will take on Forrest County tonight in the south state semi-finals. Thanks to the record breaking arm of Dylan Favre, the little school from the Mississippi gulf coast is doing big things. Bryon Bennett says that Ole Miss is recruiting him the hardest. “They keep in touch a lot,” Bennett said. “I like talking to coach Derrick Nix. He’s pretty cool and down-to-earth. He loves to joke and play around. He’s got a lot of energy and emotion.” Bennett has attended several Rebels games this season. “My girlfriend jokes that I’ve been there so much that I might as well commit there..."
