McElroy Settled Down Nicely

Greg McElroy		By Kirk McNair Date: Sep 8, 2009 Greg McElroy didn’t look like a quarterback early in the game against Virginia Tech last Saturday night at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. And not just because technically he was not a quarterback. Alabama opened the game without a quarterback, but rather with a wildcat (Mark Ingram), McElroy’s first start for the Crimson Tide was really his first start as a flanker.
