Even with the loss of 2008’s rushing leader, Glen Coffee, the Tide will have a stocked cupboard for 2009. Mark Ingram constitutes a powerful back with very good speed and enough lateral quickness to make defenders miss. Roy Upchurch has yet to prove he can shake the injury bug, but he could become a lethal weapon. Here's a look at Bama's running back corps:
