		By Richard Stover Scout.com-South Date: Feb 4, 2009 Destrehan High School in St. Charles Parish, La. is home to the Wildcats, winners of back-to-back state titles and 29 consecutive games. Their defense was known for pitching shut-outs and in the 2008 state final held West Monroe to only a field goal. A huge part of the teams success was a big, physical defensive end named Darrington Sentimore.
