Alabama's game against Kentucky last Saturday was the 19th at the University for Head Coach Nick Saban. BamaMag.com compares Saban's first 19 games to those of previous UA head coaches.
In the modern era of Alabama football marked from Paul "Bear" Bryant's tenure no Alabama coach has a better first 19 games than current Head Coach Nick Saban.
Two, however, Gene Stallings and Bill Curry, have gotten off to just as good a start through their first 19 contests.
Below is a list of Alabama Head Football Coaches since 1919 ordered by how they fared in their first 19 games at the helm of the University's football program.
