Gridiron Bash Refunds Begin From Alabama

The University of Alabama Athletics Ticket Office has begun refunding all ticket orders for the Gridiron Bash. This refund procedure will affect only those customers who purchased tickets to the April 11 Gridiron Bash through the UA Athletics Ticket Office.

Those who ordered Gridiron Bash tickets via credit card through The University of Alabama Athletics Ticket Office on rolltide.com will be credited for the amount paid via a credit card electronic refund and will not need to contact the Athletics Ticket Office. For customers who paid via check, a refund check will be processed immediately.

Customers who paid via cash at the UA Ticket Window in Coleman Coliseum must return their tickets to receive a refund. Only those who paid with cash through the UA Athletics Ticket Office will need to return tickets.

The University of Alabama is only responsible for refunds to customers who purchased tickets via rolltide.com or in person at the UA Athletics Ticket Office Ticket Window in Coleman Coliseum.

For customers who ordered through tickets.com, tickets.com will reverse credit cards in the same manner. Customers who ordered through tickets.com will not have to send back tickets, and their credit cards will be reversed for the amount paid.

MSL Sports and Entertainment announced Saturday that it has cancelled all Gridiron Bash events scheduled for Friday, April 11, including the event slated to take place at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
