Each of the eight teams in the tournament plays four games. The first two games will be played at campus sites. On Thursday the tournament announced the hosts for those first two rounds. On December 17 Alabama will host Wofford and it will host UT Pan American on December 19. The third round and the championship round games are played at Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. Alabama will play Missouri State at 5 p.m. PDT or 7 p.m. CT on December 22. Other third-round match-ups include Wofford vs. Texas Southern at 2 p.m. CT, UT Pan American vs. Bethune Cookman at 4:30 p.m. CT, and Purdue vs. Iowa State at 9:30 p.m. CT.
The winner of the Alabama vs. Missouri State game plays the winner of the Purdue Iowa State game on December 23 at 9:30 p.m. CT in the championship round at Orleans Arena.
Tickets for the Tuscaloosa games can be purchased through the Alabama Athletic Ticket box office at a later date. Tickets for the final rounds in Las Vegas go on sale July 21 by calling the New Orleans Arena at (702) 284-7777 or going online at www.orleansarena.com.
