Tide Signee Shane Funk Is Likely High Draft Pick		By Bobby Vangelatos Date: Dec 27, 2004 An imposing figure on the mound, right-handed pitcher Shane Funk, 6-6, 235, is considered one of the nation's best high school pitchers entering the 2005 season. He signed with The University of Alabama in November, but Funk is projected to go as an early round pick in the 2005 Major League Baseball Draft.
