More than a month later, and still perfect, Bell and Hoover were tasked with stopping five-star Tide signee Rashaan Evans and Auburn (Ala.) High in the state title game. The Bucs did, and Bell had two big sacks in the Super Six victory.
In preparation for his senior season, Bell and the rest of the state's best competed in the Nike Football Training Camp in Birmingham in late March. The newest Tide commitment went up against some of the South's top offensive linemen with success on this day.
