Here's a look at how the NFL Rosters are broken down state by state per capita.
Tide Men's Golf Has Big Second Day
Alabama broke Georgia's 18-hole scoring record (-13, 275) set in 2007 at Isleworth by three shots while Trey Millinax took the individual lead after 36 holes with a tournament record 10-under 134. Alabama is 24-under 552 after two rounds, which is already one shot better than the 54-hole scoring record of 23-under.
Central Florida is in second place at 14-under 562 after an 8-under round of 280 on Monday. No. 3 California is in third at 6-under 570 with Illinois in fourth at 573 and UNLV fifth at 574.
The Crimson Tide placed three individuals in the top four after the second round with Bobby Wyatt in second at 8-under 136 while Robby Shelton is 4-under 140 and tied for fourth. Tom Lovelady carded a 4-under 68 in the second round to move into a tie for 37th.
Mullinax, a senior from Birmingham, followed his opening-round 66 with a second-round 68 for a two-shot lead over Wyatt. He has made 11 birdies, one bogey and 24 pars through the first 36 holes. On Monday he birdied the fourth, seventh, 10th, 14th and 17th holes with his first bogey on the par-3, 223-yard 15th. Mullinax has lowered his scoring average to 68.88 after eight rounds this year and is 13-under for the year.
Wyatt, from Mobile, carded a bogey-free 67 on Monday to get within two shots of the lead. The senior will be looking for his first career medalist honor on Tuesday after five career runner-up finishes individually and 15 top-five showings.
Shelton used a second-round 69 (-3) to vault into a tie for fourth at 4-under 140. The Wilmer, Ala., native also fired a bogey-free round to go along with three birdies, lowering his season scoring average to 69.88. Sophomore Tom Lovelady made a team-high seven birdies Monday and finished with a 68 (-4) to tie for 37th.
Senior Cory Whitsett's second-round 78 was dropped from the Tide's team total. He is 8-over 152 after 36 holes. Alabama will tee off at 8:40 a.m. (CDT) on Tuesday for the final round of the Isleworth Collegiate Invitational and will be paired with UCF and California.
