White Has Circus Catch In Tide Victory

Hear what Alabama wide receiver DeAndrew White had to say about his highlight-reel catch and much more after Alabama's win on Saturday.

Alabama wide receiver DeAndrew White made a leaping spectacular left-handed grab of an A.J. McCarron pass around the body of the Georgia State defensive back in the far corner of the south end zone of Bryant-Denny Stadium to extend the Tide lead to 20-0 before place-kicker Cade Foster successfully converted the extra point.

After five games, the 6-0, 190 pound redshirt junior is second on the team in receptions with 15 and has 212 yards and 3 touchdowns. This was the fourth time White has equaled a career high with four catches in a game (Kent State 2011, Florida Atlantic 2012 & Texas A&M 2013). Alabama (5-0) dominated the game from start to finish in winning the second meeting against the Georgia State Panthers (0-5), 45-3.

White spoke to reporters about the highlight reception and the development of the receiving corps.
