The redshirt junior from Texas (The Woodlands HS) realizes the significance of the opportunity to become a starter for the number one team in the nation. Chad Lindsay received extensive playing time last season due to the number of lopsided victories.
He had a key block in T.J. Yeldon’s 68-yard third quarter blast up the middle for the Tide’s first touchdown. Alabama (4-0) finished the night with 254 rushing yards on 40 attempts for a robust 6.3 average per carry in the 25-0 shutout of Ole Miss (3-1).
Lindsay spoke to reporters after the game.
