Notable LSU players who could be out for this weekend's game against Alabama (courtesy of The New Orleans Times-Picayune's Randy Rosetta):
Out for the season:
--Left tackle Chris Faulk, running back Alfred Blue, defensive end Jordan Allen and wide receiver Travin Dural all sustained season-ending knee injuries, and outside linebacker Kwon Alexander is also out for the year with an ankle injury.
Could miss game:
--Right guard Josh Williford got a concussion in the Florida game and hasn’t played since. He is questionable.
--Right tackle Alex Hurst (personal issues) has been out since the South Carolina game and Tigers head coach Les Miles hasn’t given any indication if he’ll return.
Probable:
--Safety Eric Reid bruised his sternum when he fell on someone’s cleat in the South Carolina game.
--Center P.J. Lonergan, nagging back pain.
--Offensive guard Josh Dworaczyk, calf.
--Outside linebacker Luke Muncie, illness.
--Fullback J.C Copeland, ankle.
It's also noteworthy that Faulk, Hurst and Williford were ALL starters on the offensive line. Their replacements: at right guard, redshirt freshman Trai Turner and at right tackle, true freshman Vadal Alexander. Williford might be back for this game.
