Did you know: Hayes rushed for 603 yards on 83 carries with three touchdowns. He caught six passes for 144 yards and one touchdown. He had 111 tackles with 16 tackles for loss, five sacks and two fumble recoveries during the 2011 season.

Recruitment: Hayes is a solid commitment to Alabama.

Andrew Bone says: Hayes is a superb athlete who could play on either side of the ball. He is an excellent sideline-to-sideline player on defense. He is very versatile. He has good size, speed and does a great job reading plays.
