ScoutTV: T.J. Yeldon

T.J. Yeldon, National 100 running back from Daphne, Ala., had a remarkable high school career. He is rated the best at his position in the state and was awarded MVP of the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Classic.


T.J. Yeldon was the top rusher in class 6A with 2,196 yards on 232 carries and 31 touchdowns. He added 19 receptions for 244 yards with one touchdown and was five-of-eight passing for 85 yards with one touchdown. He helped lead the Trojans to the class 6A title in 2010. Head Coach, Glen Vickery.

2010 stats: Yeldon finished the season with 1,112 yards with 18 touchdowns and 34 receptions for 504 yards with five touchdowns.

2009 stats: Yeldon rushed for 1,121 yards on 201 carries and scored 15 touchdowns. He had 31 receptions for 361 yards and a touchdown. He returned two kickoffs for touchdowns.
