Andrew Bone takes a closer look at the Top 60 players in the state of Alabama prior to the 2011 season.

33. Troymaine Pope
Running Back
Anniston High School
5-foot-9, 190-pounds

2010 stats: Pope had 2,038 yards and 38 touchdowns. He added 456 yards receiving and five touchdowns.

Recruitment: Pope reports offers from Arkansas State, Clemson, Jacksonville State and Purdue. He has also received interest from Alabama and Auburn. His favorites include the two in-state SEC schools and Clemson.

Pope says, "I love Alabama. They are looking real good right now. I like everything about Clemson. I like being around them. I like the atmosphere. It feels like home. I went up there back in April for a visit. I like it a lot. I just like Auburn. I haven't been down there yet for a visit."
